The Troop Leaders are a team of young adults who voluntarily dedicate
their time to help organise the Troop. All of them have grown up in Scouting so they have quite a good idea of what it is like on the other side. Most important to their
success as a team is the fact that they are all friends, and all have
the common goal of bringing the best possible out of the Troop and its
members.
