The Hawks patrol recently organised an activity at the Eden Superbowl in St Julians. Afterwards we all went for a meal at Mc Donalds. Everyone had loads of fun! Here are a few photos:

CLIP Activities

Dates: 5th July - 24th August 2008

Location: Ghajn Tuffieha

Earlier this year we were approached by CLIP, a Belgian language school that would be holding a series of language camps in Tarxien over the summer months. CLIP is mostly interested in teaching language through games and contact with locals, and so asked if we would be interested in co-ordinating a number of activities together with them.

Summer Camp

Dates: 10th August - 17th August 2008

Place: Rinella Scout Center

Another year has passed, and the Annual Group Summer Camp has come and gone too. As usual, the weeks leading up to camp were full of preparations, with everybody doing their part to make the week at camp a success.

On Saturday, we all met up to help load up the truck with the equipment that we would be needing. Most things had been prepared beforehand by the Quartermasters, so it was just a quick matter of loading everything on the truck.

Beach BBQ

Date: 27th June 2008 Location: Golden Sands Bay To start of our Summer Holidays, todays meeting was held near the beach instead of at Dar tal-Kejka. Here are a few photos we took. There aren't many, but that is only because we were too busy having fun!
